The listing includes the restaurant business, brand, recipes, equipment, and a long-term federal land lease renewed for 20 years in 2021, but not the underlying land. Listing agent Curtis Skomp of RE/MAX All Keys Real Estate said several serious inquiries have been received and interested parties have indicated they would likely keep the establishment open. The property at 58000 Card Sound Road spans two parcels totaling about 41,602 square feet with over 360 linear feet of docks. Phyllis Sague and her son Mike have owned and operated Alabama Jack's since 1980.
