Daytona Beach Woman Arrested for Instagram Threat at Trump Rally
Allison Jeanne Albro, 21, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Thursday on charges including making written threats to kill or do bodily injury after posting an alleged threat on Instagram referencing President Trump's Friday-night rally in the city. The FBI and U.S. Secret Service detected the post and contacted the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, which arrested Albro later that day. Albro told deputies she meant the post as a joke, said she does not own a firearm, and deputies found no guns at her home. Sheriff Mike Chitwood announced the arrest Friday on X and said his office would work with federal agencies to secure the rally.
