Nicole Kidman Series 'Discretion' Begins Filming in Dallas This Week
The eight-episode Paramount+ legal thriller "Discretion," starring Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning as lawyers at a Dallas law firm, is shifting production to Dallas this week after earlier filming in New Jersey and New York. Legacy Casting posted casting calls for roles in Dallas under the working title "The Summers," including notices for college students and professors on Monday, Oct. 19. Production then moves to West Texas next week, with driving scenes scheduled for Oct. 27 along a rural stretch of South County Road 1160 in Midland County. The series is based on Dallas-raised author Chandler Baker's short story and is set to premiere on Paramount+ in 2027.
