Woman Found in Mexico Is Not Missing Arizona Woman Shayna Feinman
The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office confirmed on Oct. 27 that a woman located by Mexican authorities in Tijuana is not Shayna Feinman, who has been missing from rural Yavapai County since March 9, 2024. Mexican officials had reported Monday that Feinman was found in the Encino neighborhood of Tijuana, but U.S. authorities used physical evidence to determine the identification was incorrect. Two men were previously charged with second-degree murder in connection with Feinman's disappearance, though those charges were dismissed in January 2025. A $20,000 reward through Yavapai Silent Witness remains active for information leading to Feinman's whereabouts.
