Rapid City Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash Near Deadwood
Neco James Biou, 35, of Rapid City, was killed Friday when his motorcycle slid approaching a curve on Nemo Road, about eight miles southwest of Deadwood, South Dakota, and collided with a northbound motorcycle before entering a ditch. The other rider, David Orlin Lustfield, 65, of Balaton, Minnesota, and his passenger Katherine Ann Lustfield, 66, were transported to a Deadwood hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The South Dakota Highway Patrol reported that none of those involved were wearing helmets. The investigation remains ongoing.
