Truckee, Tahoe City, Olympic Valley Meetings Set Oct. 27-28
The Truckee Town Council meets Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 5 p.m. at 10183 Truckee Airport Road to consider a $70,000 Heat Pump Air Conditioning Rebate Program, a solid waste franchise agreement update, and a two-year budget process for Fiscal Years 2027-28 and 2028-29. The Tahoe City Public Utility District Board meets the same evening at 6 p.m. at 221 Fairway Drive in Tahoe City. The Olympic Valley Public Service District Board convenes Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. at 305 Olympic Valley Road to review a bike trail snow removal contract not-to-exceed $48,565 and several annual financial policy updates. The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Governing Board meets Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m. in Stateline, Nev., for briefings on biodiversity thresholds and the Lake Tahoe Aquatic Invasive Species program.
