Turnstile Draws ~60,000 to Free Benefit Concert on National Mall Oct. 24
Rock band Turnstile performed a free benefit concert near the Washington Monument on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, Oct. 24, drawing an estimated 60,000 attendees. The show was held in partnership with charity Human Concern International (HCI), raising funds for humanitarian aid in Palestine, Sudan and Lebanon; the campaign's LaunchGood page showed more than $240,000 from about 3,500 supporters as of Sunday afternoon. The band took the stage shortly after 3 p.m. for a roughly 75-minute set closing the second leg of their North American tour supporting the 2025 album "Never Enough." Some attendees carried Palestinian flags, and groups walked north toward the White House after the final song.
