NC State Police Search Sigma Nu Fraternity House in Hazing Investigation
University police at North Carolina State University in Raleigh executed a search warrant at the Sigma Nu fraternity house on Friday, Oct. 30, as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into alleged hazing involving date rape drugs. The anonymous tip was received Oct. 14 and referenced "an unspecified fraternity" using such substances to haze members.
