New Mexico AG Sues Epstein Estate Executors Over Ranch Abuse Cover-Up
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Jeffrey Epstein’s attorney, Darren Indyke, and accountant, Richard Kahn, accusing them of concealing sex trafficking operations at the Zorro Ranch in Stanley. The suit seeks to prevent the coexecutors from accepting payments from Epstein’s estate, estimated at over $100 million, alleging they facilitated abuse by managing payments to victims and covering related expenses. Indyke and Kahn deny wrongdoing, stating they were unaware of the abuse and had not been interviewed by state officials prior to the filing. This legal action follows a recent state commission report criticizing local authorities for failing to investigate Epstein’s activities in New Mexico.
