New Mexico AG Sues Epstein Estate Coexecutors Over Ranch Abuse Cover-Up

New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, coexecutors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate, accusing them of concealing his sex trafficking operation at the Zorro Ranch in Stanley, NM. The suit alleges the pair arranged payments to silence survivors and handled expenses connected to the abuse, and seeks to block them from accepting payments from the estate, estimated at over $100 million. An attorney for Indyke and Kahn stated they "emphatically reject" the allegations and noted no accuser has ever accused them of witnessing or reporting Epstein's abuse. The ranch, about 30 miles south of Santa Fe, was sold in 2023 after Epstein died by suicide in a New York jail cell in August 2019.
