Trump Rally Canceled at Salina Regional Airport for Saturday
President Trump's scheduled rally at the Salina Regional Airport on Saturday was canceled, Kansas GOP Chair Danedri Herbert confirmed Thursday. The RNC said the president would pivot to a series of tele-rallies instead but provided no additional details. The event had been part of national Republican efforts to mobilize support for U.S. Sen. Roger Marshall in his Nov. 3 Senate race against Democratic nominee Adam Hamilton. Herbert noted that residents now have time to go vote Saturday when polls are open.
