The site is roughly 12 miles southeast of Suisun City. The agenda identifies the owners as Flannery Associates LLC and the Paula Arro Anderson and Stan Lee Anderson Living Trust, among others. The adjustment would expand the Flannery parcel and reconfigure the Anderson land. It would also relocate and enlarge a small parcel to about five acres around existing residences, county planners told the board.

The board approved replacing Williamson Act land conservation contracts 775 and 1021 with contracts 1394 and 1395. Planners said the two agricultural parcels would remain under contract, with no change in the total contracted acreage, and both would meet the 160-acre minimum parcel size. The five-acre residential parcel would remain outside the contracts. The adjustment creates no new parcels.

Chair Monica Brown asked whether the land would remain in agricultural use. Staff said the approval did not change its zoning or use. Resource Management Director James Bezek explained that the farmland contracts have rolling 10-year terms that renew annually. No members of the public spoke at the hearing.
