Council member Melissa McCullough raised concerns that the 12-units-per-acre limit may be too restrictive, though other members supported the modification as compatible with the surrounding community. Orange County Department on Aging director Janice Tyler said the development aligns with the county's Master Aging Plan for age-friendly, walkable communities.
