Staff are requesting a four-fifths vote to continue an emergency contract with Wipf Construction for replacing failed conductors and retiring live-front transformers serving Ukiah Valley Medical Center, Oak Manor Subdivision, and Orchard Avenue customers. Also on the Consent Calendar is a new 10-year ground lease with Cal Fire for its Air Attack base at Ukiah Regional Airport, retaining approximately 1.54 acres at $2,350.49 monthly rent with annual CPI adjustments.
