The incident began on March 5, 2026, when deputies responded to a report of the stolen tractor, valued at $58,000. Deputies later located the abandoned tractor on Lawing Road in Marion after it was found damaged on a resident's property. Harris was identified as the suspect and arrested on October 25, with a $20,000 secured bond issued.
