Winter Weather Advisory for Mono County, Sat. Oct. 31 8 a.m.–Sun. Nov. 1 7 a.m.
The National Weather Service in Reno issued a winter weather advisory for Mono County, California, valid from Saturday, Oct. 31 at 8 a.m. through Sunday, Nov. 1 at 7 a.m. Snow above 8,000 feet is expected with accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and up to 12 inches along the highest peaks, accompanied by winds gusting as high as 45 mph. The heaviest snowfall is forecast for late Saturday night. Residents are advised to plan for slippery road conditions and exercise caution while traveling.
