Lincoln County Sheriff Searches for Missing Grover Man Facing Felony Charges
Jeremiah Jensen of Grover, Wyoming, was last seen Friday, October 9, in the Jensen Canyon area east of town, and his family reported him missing over the weekend. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office confirmed an active search but stated Jensen is avoiding law enforcement, as felony charges including Strangulation of a Household Member, Aggravated Assault, Stalking, and misdemeanor domestic battery were filed by the Lincoln County Attorney's Office on October 9. Sheriff Shane Johnson said he would not activate search-and-rescue volunteers for someone evading law enforcement, handling the matter from the law-enforcement side. Jensen's family posted on social media asking the community for compassion and help locating him, noting his truck and belongings remained at home and only his phone was missing.
