Fairfield Police identified Constance Hages, 31, as the victim killed in Friday night's shooting at the Spirit Halloween store in Solano Town Center mall. Family members told investigators Hages was pregnant, though the Solano County Coroner has not yet confirmed this. Six other people were shot; three remain in critical condition, one is critical but stable, and two were treated and released. Police described the incident as targeted, with no suspect identified or arrest made. The FBI deployed its Evidence Response Team to assist the ongoing investigation.
