NorthBay Health Plans $42.5M Clinic Upgrades Across Solano and Napa Counties

NorthBay Health announced plans to invest $42.5 million in expanded outpatient clinics, doubled physical therapy space, and building improvements across 11 properties in Fairfield, Vacaville, and Napa over the next 18 months. The upgrades follow a nearly $250 million real estate financing transaction arranged by Denver-based nonprofit HealthCore Foundation, which purchased 10 buildings from third-party landlords and acquired one NorthBay-owned property. Solano County supervisors authorized up to $250.6 million in tax-exempt revenue bonds on Oct. 6 for the Fairfield and Vacaville properties, while the Napa City Council approved up to $14 million for a Claremont Way medical office and urgent care site the same day. NorthBay projected the deals would reduce occupancy costs by more than $40 million over 10 years. The expansion targets specific locations including four outpatient clinic sites in Fairfield and Vacaville, with additional space potentially available as existing tenants depart.

Prosecutors say Bailey was upset that his child had been sent home with a family member he considered unfit. Bailey has two prior federal convictions for illegal gun possession stemming from incidents in San Francisco. A federal judge released Bailey while the case is pending, despite prosecutors arguing he posed a danger to the community. In an interview with authorities, Bailey acknowledged being angry but said he did not mean any harm.
