Landlord Charged After Allegedly Chasing Three Girls, Exposing Himself in Linton
Emmons County deputies responded to a disturbance at a Linton home Tuesday afternoon after three girls arrived from school to find their landlord, 70-year-old Aaron Wagner, inside the house. Investigators say Wagner chased the girls outside, jumped into his car, hopped a curb, and pursued them through the yard and an alley while driving drunk. Deputies also report he exposed himself and shouted obscenities at the children before law enforcement arrived. Wagner was taken into custody on charges including reckless endangerment, indecent exposure, driving under the influence, and driving under suspension.
