Trump Adds Dubuque, Salina Rallies Sunday as Early Voting Surges
President Trump reshuffled his campaign schedule to hold back-to-back rallies in Dubuque, Iowa, and Salina, Kansas, on Sunday after previously canceling them in favor of phone-based telerallies. The reversal came amid a roughly 30% increase in early voting in both states compared to the same point in 2022, with nearly 10 million more Americans having cast ballots nationally five days before Election Day. The rallies support Republican Sen. Roger Marshall's reelection bid in Kansas and Republican Ashley Hinson's campaign for Iowa's open Senate seat. Trump had originally planned Saturday in Salina and Sunday in Dubuque, but the schedule shifted through multiple changes before the RNC confirmed both appearances.
