State Parks Officers Rescue Woman from Burning Car on Highway 70 in Butte County
Two California State Parks officers, Ryan Gray and Dylan Ayache, rescued a woman trapped inside a burning, overturned vehicle along Highway 70 in Butte County on Friday morning while en route to a training facility in Sacramento. The driver, a 46-year-old woman from Plumas Lake, was conscious when pulled from the vehicle and was released from a hospital the same day. Gray described the scene as dangerous, with heavy smoke and flames obscuring visibility, and said dashcam footage captured the rescue.
