Buckeye Police Arrest Two Men in Alleged Home Invasion Plot
Buckeye Police arrested Adrian Ayala, 20, and Zarian Dyer, 23, in connection with an Oct. 16 home invasion near Southern Avenue and Miller Road, according to a police news release. Authorities allege Dyer conspired with Ayala, whom he met online, to stage the assault on his fiancée while she was home with her two children. Ayala reportedly told investigators he agreed to sexually assault the victim; his attorney claims he was invited as part of a roleplay scenario. Dyer faces charges including aggravated assault, sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, kidnapping and conspiracy.
