Bishop City Council Meeting Set for Monday, Oct. 26 at 5 p.m.
The Bishop City Council will meet Monday, October 26, 2026, at City Council Chambers, 301 West Line Street, with closed session beginning at 5 p.m. and open session at 6 p.m. Agenda items include a Fire Chief performance evaluation in closed session, Bishop Fire Department promotions, recognition of three Eagle Scouts, department updates from Fire, Police, Public Works and Administration, and review of September financial reports and the FY 2025-2026 audited statements. The council will also consider reappointing Erik Leitch to the Planning Commission for a four-year term ending March 25, 2030.
