Teen Killed in Tractor-Semi Crash South of Audubon, Iowa
A 16-year-old identified as Tatum Christensen died at the scene after being ejected from a tractor struck by a semi-truck on Highway 71 just south of Audubon, Iowa, according to the Iowa State Patrol. The semi-truck hit the back of the trailer the tractor was pulling during the Sunday-night crash; the truck driver was flown to a hospital with serious injuries. Authorities reported a second farm-equipment crash in Audubon County that same day, in which a pickup truck driver suffered serious injuries after a head-on collision with a combine.
