Willow Springs HOA Considers Legal Action Over Tuolumne County Rezoning
The Willow Springs Homeowners Association is evaluating legal options after the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning on Tuesday involving property linked to Supervisor Mike Holland and Planning Commissioner Sasha Farkas. The 3-1 vote allows a lot-line adjustment combining parcels in the Willow Springs Ranch subdivision, which HOA President Dave Titchenal argues violates private covenants regarding lot combinations and mobile homes. While Supervisor Ryan Campbell opposed the measure citing fears of larger development, county counsel stated the application complied with local regulations.
