St. Louis High School Football Season Canceled Amid Police Investigation
Saint Louis Public Schools canceled the remaining season of the Clyde C. Miller/Sumner co-op football team after reports of "seriously inappropriate behavioral and physical conduct involving students." St. Louis Metropolitan Police confirmed it is in the early stages of an investigation primarily involving student-athletes, following complaints received from multiple people on Thursday. The district said leadership is working to connect potentially impacted students and families with resources and address safety concerns. Authorities declined to answer questions about the specific complaints or the status of the investigation.
