Man Charged in Deadly Illinois Spa Fires on Oct. 19
Quentin Hanks of St. Louis has been charged with arson after setting fires at two massage parlors in Illinois early on Oct. 19, resulting in one death. Federal authorities state that Hanks admitted to igniting couches at One Spa and Fuji Super Spa because he was angry following a sexual encounter. The fire at Fuji Super Spa caused significant structural damage, including a roof collapse, and the victim's body was recovered from the debris on Oct. 20.
