Mom Arrested in Davenport for Drunk Driving with Child
Authorities arrested Kayla M. Delay, 36, on Monday after she allegedly crashed her vehicle into a telephone pole on Rockingham Road in Davenport, Iowa. Police reported that Delay was intoxicated and had her child in the back seat at the time of the crash. The child sustained facial injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
