Fact Check: Trump's Claims at Park City, Kansas Rally for Sen. Marshall
President Trump spoke Monday in Park City, Kansas, at a rally supporting Republican U.S. Sen. Roger Marshall, who faces Democrat Adam Hamilton in a reelection race. The Kansas City Star fact-checked multiple claims made during the event, including assertions about border security, foreign investment totals, auto manufacturing growth, and Marshall's medical-debt lawsuits against former patients. The fact-check also addressed Trump's characterization of a 2005 church abuse case involving Hamilton, noting court documents do not name Hamilton as directly involved in the initial report. Additional claims checked included statements about refugees, the 2020 election, and protests in France.
