Mendocino County elections chief Katrina Bartolomie confirmed that Dr. Alan Limbird was registered to vote at a Fort Bragg address, contradicting an Oct. 21, 2026 email from attorney Jacob Patterson alleging voter-registration fraud. A page from a county voter list showing Limbird's name and address was posted on Facebook with other voters redacted; Bartolomie contacted the candidate who purchased the list, and the post was removed after she threatened to refer the matter to the District Attorney. Three candidates—Rafanan, Tess/Mayberry, and Mary Rose—purchased voter lists from the county, though no record shows Mayberry purchasing his own. The Fort Bragg City Council did not call for a public investigation into the list's use at its Monday night meeting.
