Madill Worker Killed in Accident at J&I Manufacturing
A 54-year-old employee identified as Jaime Bell was killed Wednesday morning in a workplace accident at J&I Manufacturing in Madill, Oklahoma, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Troopers reported that Bell was on the bed of a semitrailer moving pipe to a forklift when the driver pulled forward, causing him to lose his balance and fall, striking his head on the trailer.
