Logan County Middle School Principal Arrested on Public Intoxication, Child Neglect Charges
Michael Bryan Kidd, 41, was arrested Tuesday by the Logan Police Department at a middle school in Logan County, West Virginia, on charges of public intoxication and child neglect creating risk.
