Lakeland Code Enforcement Hearing Set for Nov. 2, 9 a.m.
The City of Lakeland Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. in the City Commission Chamber at City Hall to consider Proposed Ordinance 26-034, which establishes a Code Enforcement Special Magistrate and amends multiple sections of the city's Land Development Code. Residents may inspect the proposed ordinance at the City Attorney's Office and appear to speak at the meeting.
