Tuolumne County Management Employees Vote to Accept Contract Offers

Members of the County of Tuolumne Management Association (CTMA), representing over 100 supervisory and management-level county employees, voted Monday to accept new three-year contract offers. The proposed agreements provide most members with annual wage increases of 3%, while some Health and Human Services Agency employees would receive 7% in the first year, 2% in the second, and 1% in the third. Members agreed to give up 96 hours of annual flex time but secured an increase in the management pay differential from 20% to 21.5%. The tentative agreements still require approval by the Board of Supervisors at its Nov. 17 meeting, with changes potentially taking effect after Nov. 29. Separately, negotiations continue with Operating Engineers Local No. 3, which represents more than 200 county employees.
