Cornell Faculty to Vote on No-Confidence Resolution Oct. 28
Cornell University faculty are preparing for a vote of no confidence in the administration’s handling of sexual assault allegations, with debate resuming October 28 before an electronic vote. The resolution follows reports that President Michael Kotlikoff questioned why a student waited to report an alleged assault, a claim the university disputes. Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates is leading an independent investigation into the university's response and oversight practices.
