Wyoming Governor Appoints Lisa Finkey to Sixth Judicial District
Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon has appointed Lisa Finkey as a circuit court judge for the Sixth Judicial District, which covers Campbell, Crook and Weston counties. Finkey currently serves as a district court staff attorney in Gillette and fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Paul S. Phillips, effective Jan. 3, 2027. The appointment follows her extensive legal career, including roles as a deputy county attorney and chief education officer for the Wyoming Judicial Branch.
