Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni urged residents to correctly identify law enforcement personnel, noting social media videos have misidentified sheriff's deputies as ICE agents. Mayor Jerry Dyer called for a unified local response while acknowledging limits on challenging federal immigration enforcement.
