TB Testing Scheduled at Southwest High School in Chula Vista
San Diego County health officials are investigating a fourth tuberculosis case at Southwest High School, linked to exposure between June 23, 2025, and March 6, 2026. Free TB blood testing and mobile chest X-rays will be available for current students and staff during the first week of November. Former students can receive free testing in the school’s South Lot student parking area on Dec. 4, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
