CNA Training Center Opening in Downtown Gridley; First Class Jan. 4, 2027
West Harbor Healthcare plans to open a certified nurse assistant training center at 891 Hazel St. in downtown Gridley, with the first class scheduled for Jan. 4, 2027. The eight-week program will offer tuition sponsorship to selected applicants who commit to working at a West Harbor facility for 12 months, serving Gridley Post Acute and Bridgeview Health Care in Yuba City. The center expects to accept about 15 students per class across four annual sessions, training up to 75 people per year. Applicants must be at least 18, with no prior healthcare experience required; interviews are expected to begin in November.
