NCDOT Announces I-26 Connector Lane Closures Nov. 2-6
The North Carolina Department of Transportation has scheduled lane closures and traffic disruptions for the Interstate 26 Connector project from November 2 through November 6. Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time as crews perform paving, curb removal, and guardrail installation in Asheville. Specific overnight and daytime work zones include the Patton Avenue frontage road, Exit 2 ramp, Hazel Mill Road, and I-240/I-26 near the Captain Jeff Bowen Bridge.
